Mech Fitter

Our client, a prominent organisation in the nuclear sector, is currently seeking two skilled Mech Fitter to join their team on a contract basis in Burghfield.

• Performing mechanical fitting tasks to support nuclear project requirements
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards
• Conducting equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections as needed
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborating with a team to complete project deliverables efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Adhering to all regulatory and project-specific requirements

• Experience in mechanical fitting within the nuclear sector
• SC Clearance (Security Clearance) is essential
• A valid CSCS card
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components
• Ability to work effectively in a high-security environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
