Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair domestic appliances, including washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on first-time fixes.
• Use company vans, mobile tablets, and advanced service software to work efficiently and safely.
