What You ll Be Doing

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN, particularly ADHD and ASD.
• Assisting in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Supporting classroom activities to ensure all students can engage effectively in their learning.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to deliver cohesive support.
• Promoting positive behaviour and helping students build confidence and independence.

What We re Looking For

• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ADHD and ASD, is desirable.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs.
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safeguarding children.
