Senior Quantity Surveyor - Chelsea & Fulham

Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team working between their office and their sites. You will be managing a team of Quantity Surveyors working on luxury residential refurbishments from 1-5mil and running the commercial client side of the business. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established business renowned for delivering first-class refurbishment projects across South West London.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have/be:

• At least 5yrs experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high end residential projects
• Client facing and presentable
• Strong Numeracy skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
