Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant - Primary School

Location: Newham - Manor Park, Upton Park, East Ham

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (PAYE or Umbrella options available, Weekly Pay)

Contract: Supply work, with potential to become regular/long-term

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Newham?

We are currently seeking dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the Newham borough. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in varied settings and are passionate about supporting children's learning and development. The role has strong potential to turn into regular or long-term work for the right candidates.

Role Details:

• Work across Reception to Year 6 classes
• Support teachers with classroom activities and pupil engagement
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organisation

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school setting or with children in another professional capacity
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working in different year groups and settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
