Multi Trade Operative

We are hiring for a permanent Multi-Skilled Operative in the Ealing area to join our client, who is a well-established housing association.

Salary: Up to 35,278.74
Location: Ealing
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of general repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and glazing
• Work independently while maintaining strong teamwork
• Travel within the Ealing/Kent area, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout

Role Criteria:

• Extensive experience in multiple trades (Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Glazing)
• Full UK Driving License
• Own tools required
• Happy with travel
• Strong teamwork and self-initiative skills
• Excellent communication and IT skills (for PDA use)
