A privately owned facilities maintenance hard services contractors that has a high-end commercial client base of financial and real-estate clients within the central London area and Surrey.

They have a key requirement for an experience AC / mechanical biased building services engineer to manage the PPM's and reactive maintenance of HVAC plant and associated equipment on site.
Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be

• Building services engineer will be Performing PPM's on VRV, VRF, AHU's, FCU's, pumps
• Building services engineer will be maintaining mechanical building services plant VRV, VRF, AHU's, FCU's, pumps
• Building services engineer will be Performing general building services maintenance duties; hot water temperature checks, emergency lighting drain downs and tests
• Building services engineer will be covering sites within central London to Surrey area
• Building services engineer will be on site 6 hours per day

To qualify as the building services engineer

• F-Gas cat 1, F-Gas category 1, F Gas, level 2 / 3 in air conditioning
• Previous experience as a mobile building services maintenance engineer
• Experience in PPM and reactive on HVAC plant, VRV, VRF, AHU and FCU
