Job Requirements/Description

You'll work closely with exhibition stand designers, creative agencies, and internal production teams to bring concepts to life. You'll also play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, building relationships that lead to long-term success.



Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts-starting with smaller projects and progressing to larger, high-profile events

  • Collaborate with clients to understand goals and develop AV-led exhibition stand concepts

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and industry engagement

  • Analyse sales trends and client data to drive growth

  • Liaise with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings



Skills

  • Minimum 2 years' account management experience in the exhibition or live events sector

  • Strong understanding of technical AV production and event technology

  • Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), PowerPoint/Keynote, and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills

  • Data-driven approach to decision-making



  • Occasional weekend work as required by event schedules
