About the Junior Case Manager Role

You'll be right at the heart of the deal process-owning new cases from the moment they land, acting as the main point of contact for brokers, and liaising with valuers, legal teams and underwriters.

Working closely with an experienced team lead, you'll learn everything there is to know about specialist finance-from regulated bridging and refurbishment cases to complex unregulated deals across a broad range of asset types.

This is a learning role, designed to give you exposure, experience and confidence-and to help you discover where your talent for specialist finance goes!

Junior Case Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming bridging loan cases from application to completion
• Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers and internal underwriters to ensure deals progress smoothly
• Log and track all documentation accurately, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance
• Be a consistent and reliable point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the process
• Learn from industry leaders through shadowing, training and hands-on deal exposure

Junior Case Manager Package & Perks

• £30,000 basic salary
• Annual bonus scheme
• Hybrid Working: 3 days in office (more if preferred)

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or someone with 6-18 months' experience in financial services
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Curious, commercially minded, and eager to learn the ropes of specialist lending
• Personable, team-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter who's ready to take ownership of their development
• Please note: this role is best suited to early-stage professionals and grads rather than experienced mortgage or case managers
