We have a unique opportunity for a construction project manager to join the real estate division of one of the leading trading firms in the world. Due to rapid expansion and success, this real estate team are looking for a construction project manager on a permanent basis to lead a number of real estate projects for their European headquarters in London.

You will be working in an incredible office, and will be charged with overseeing a programme of interior commercial projects as the firm acquire, renovate, and build out offices in London and around the world. As the Fit Out Construction Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

• All aspects of project management, including defining goals, making budgets and timelines, tracking milestones, managing risk, procuring materials, and quality control
• Contributing to all phases of the build-out project, including space planning, design, phasing and sequencing, managing and supervising site work, occupancy, and closeout
• Managing external vendor, contractor, and landlord relationships
• Working closely with other internal teams including Facilities, Networking, Security/ Physical Security, Audio Visual, IT, and Office Administration

For this construction project manager role we are looking for:

• 5+ years project management experience in commercial construction, delivering high end office and trading floors / critical environment with projects ranging from £500k to £50 million
• Experience of construction project management from a tier 1 with a focus on high end office spaces, ideally critical environment experience
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems
• Deadline-driven and able to prioritise tasks across many projects
• Engineering, architecture, or construction management degree preferred
