Interim Manager - Supported Living (Mental Health)Location: BuckinghamshireRate: £20.84 - £22.42 per hour + holiday pay Duration: 8 weeks +We are looking for an experienced Manager to provide short-term leadership across supported living services for individuals with enduring mental health needs. This is a hands-on role, supporting front line teams, overseeing safeguarding and risk management, and ensuring housing responsibilities are fulfilled.You will primarily work across two sites, with flexibility to support nearby services if required.Key Requirements:

• Strong background in mental health and safeguarding
• Confident and supportive line manager
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
