About this opportunity

As a Business Agility Lead (BAL), you'll play a pivotal role in driving effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability across teams to deliver real value to customers and colleagues at pace.

You'll partner closely with Lab Leaders, ensuring optimised flow of work, high data quality, and embedding agile practices. Using a data-led approach, you'll help transition teams towards greater maturity and speed to market, while coaching them to be self-sufficient in their agile journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a spectrum of agile maturity levels - from teams just starting out, to those with established practices - and influence positive, lasting change.

What you'll do

• Support labs and teams in implementing and refining agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks etc.)
• Provide agile coaching, stand up new teams, and guide them on tools and frameworks
• Use data and insights to problem solve, drive performance, and boost productivity
• Influence and coach Lab leadership in agile ways of working
• Champion agile delivery metrics and evidence-based decision making

What you'll need

• Proven experience in Agile Coaching or Scrum Mastery (with relevant certifications)
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery metrics and JIRA / JIRA Align / Confluence
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills
• Experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders

Desirable certifications: PSM I, PSM II, PK1 or similar.
