Key Role Highlights:

• Position: Business Development Manager
• Reporting To: Director of Sales
• Primary Focus: Driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships using CRM software
• Location: Office-based with some field-based responsibilities, traveling across the UK

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans
• Utilize CRM software to manage relationships and track sales
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and research

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven business development and sales experience (ideally in transport/FMCG/fresh & frozen foods, though not essential)
• Skills: CRM software proficiency, analytical thinking, market research, communication, client relationship building
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience) + commission (OTE 50,000 - 60,000)
