Estate Agent - Sales and Lettings Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Wapping, East London.

The successful candidate must have at least 6 months+ previous experience in eitherSales or Lettings within the Propertyindustry.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and Benefits package for the role of Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

• Basic £23,750
• OTE £45,000+
• Monday to Thursday 9.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 9.30am - 5pm
• Every other Saturday 10am - 2pm
• Parking at the office

Responsibilities for the role of Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships
• Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments
• Always delivering exceptional customer service
• Liaising between landlords and tenants
• Providing up to date advice and information
• Conducting viewings
• Booking appointments
• Negotiating lettings contracts
• Registering applicants
• Generating new business
• Building the market share
• Be up to date with current compliance and legislation

Key Skills: for the role of Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

• At least 6 months+ experience in either Sales or Lettings within the property industry
• High level of customer service skills
• Well-spoken with good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Well presented and professional
• Highly motivated, target driven and ambitious
• The desire to work well in a team, and independently
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Driven and hungry for success
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
