Warehouse Stores Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse Stores Supervisor to lead our clients' small warehouse operation, specialising in the handling of components. This is a key role in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory management, and coordination with couriers for both domestic and international shipments.

• Supervise daily operations of a compact warehouse storing technical components.
• Receive and process goods from European hubs
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SYSPRO system.
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely dispatch and manage export documentation.
• Uphold health and safety standards within the warehouse.

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• Alternative shifts available: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Must be a local resident with a valid UK driver's licence.
• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with SYSPRO or similar inventory systems is highly beneficial.
• Reach truck licence is desirable; training can be provided.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence in managing courier relationships and international shipping processes.
