We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing AC & Ventilation contractor, overseeing multiple projects across residential, healthcare, and data room sectors. With a strong reputation and a collaborative, family-oriented culture, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional looking to take ownership of their projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee projects from initial instruction to handover, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Scope & Compliance: Ensure proposed works align with contract documents, design criteria, and client requirements.
• Programme of Works: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying lead times and key milestones.
• Health & Safety: Maintain H&S compliance, RAMS documentation, and adherence to hot works protocols.
• Procurement & Coordination: Order materials, assign labour, and manage supply chain relationships.
• Commercial Management: Raise valuations, applications for payment, invoices, and assist with debt control.
• Cost Control & Variations: Prepare and manage scope of works, cost adjustments, and final accounts.
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Attend meetings, coordinate with design teams, and ensure clear communication with clients and landlords.
• Technical Expertise: Conduct site surveys, coordinate HVAC designs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Business Development: Assist with PQQs, tender bids, and company system improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification required.
• Background in air conditioning or ventilation (commercial experience preferred).
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HVAC and parallel mechanical systems (electrical knowledge desirable).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
