We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative & FLT Driver to join a well-established plastic manufacturing company in Leighton Buzzard. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stable, ongoing work with great earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) to move materials safely around the warehouse.

• Handling, storing, and organising plastic products efficiently.

• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries.

• Carrying out general warehouse duties, including stock control and order picking.

• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance Licence)

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow instructions accurately.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Flexibility to work on a rotational day shift pattern.
