Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in children's lives? We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive Primary School based in Benfleet, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

The Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the schools SENCO to support children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.

Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support Helping to adapt learning materials to meet individual needs Supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of pupils Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and external professionals Contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working with children with SEN (in school or a similar setting) A calm, patient, and positive approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential)
