A leading architectural practice based in Hertfordshire is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic team. Daily Duties

  • Collaborate with senior architects and design teams on concept development for data centre projects
  • Produce architectural drawings, technical details, and project specifications
  • Support in the preparation of design presentations and client proposals
  • Attend and contribute to project meetings, offering technical and design input
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks as required
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations in data centre design

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Completed RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications (BArch and MArch)
  • Proficient in Revit (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Demonstrated passion for technical and sustainable design
  • Interested in data-led architecture and cutting-edge infrastructure
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Based within a commutable distance to the office and has own transport
