We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive Year 1 class at a highly regarded primary school in Rochester, Medway. This long-term opportunity is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and experience working with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience supporting children with ASD and SEN needs
• Familiarity with EHCPs and implementing tailored support strategies
• A nurturing and patient approach to learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ideally, previous experience in a Year 1 or KS1 setting
