What You ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the programming, configuration, and commissioning of high-end AV systems.
• Assisting senior engineers with troubleshooting, system testing, and on-site installations.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth project execution and seamless system integration.
• Attending client sites to help with calibration, diagnostics, and final system checks.
• Learning from experienced professionals and expanding your technical skillset in AV programming and system engineering.
• Contributing to continuous improvements in project delivery and service quality.

What You ll Need to Succeed:

• A basic understanding of AV technology and programming (experience with Crestron is an advantage but not essential).
• Some knowledge of IT networks, system integration, and AV setups.
• A keen eye for detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work well in a team and follow structured learning and development.
• A proactive approach and enthusiasm to build a long-term career in AV technology.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
