Fabric Technician / Maintenance Technician

Location: White & Case, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, Split Shift (7 AM - 4 PM / 9 AM - 5 PM)

We're recruiting for a Fabric / Maintenance Technician to join a leading FM provider at White & Case, a prestigious blue-chip law firm in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end corporate environment with great benefits.

Key Responsibilities for a Fabric/Maintenance Technician:

• Carry out fabric maintenance and minor repairs across the site, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Perform general building maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work.
• Assist with reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in a professional corporate setting.

Essential Qualifications/Skills for a Fabric Technician:

• Previous experience in a fabric/building maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
