Events Manager

We're excited to share a fantastic opportunity for an Events Manager to join a reputable and growing team, reporting directly to the Senior Events Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a scaling company, where you will be responsible for managing the events process end to end. You will be orchestrating all elements of online and in person award events from webinars, conferences, dinners, round tables and more.

About the Role:

• Manage a variety of events-around per year both virtual and in-person
• Work closely with committees and stakeholders to draft proposals, manage logistics, and coordinate with internal departments
• Handle everything from working with speakers to overseeing event logistics
• Collaborate with sponsorship, marketing, and other teams to create successful events
• Some budgeting involved, with varied audience types, from lifelong members to senior figures in the industry

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of events experience, ideally as an Events Manager or similar within a membership or professional services enterprise
• Strong organisational skills, experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams), and stakeholder engagement
• A positive, can-do attitude; a team player eager to help others and build relationships
• Confident with holding slides for webinars and managing events logistics using digital tools
