Senior Marketing Executive

Claytex is a TECHNIA Company and we are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum. This role is based in Milton Keynes with travel to Leamington Spa.

We focus on simulating the dynamics of how systems behave and interact leveraging the open standards of Modelica and FMI. Our head office is in Royal Leamington Spa (UK) and we have been working with Dymola and Modelica since 1999 on a wide variety of projects.

The Senior Marketing Executive role:

As our Senior Marketing Executive, you will focus on supporting the Claytex business area, driving awareness, demand, and customer growth. This role will collaborate with the broader marketing team while delivering tailored campaigns, content, and strategies to meet the unique needs of the Claytex offering.

Key Responsibilities our Senior Marketing Executive will undertake:

Campaign Development & Execution:

• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns including demand generation, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
• Develop content specific to Claytex s audience, such as technical blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.

Event Marketing:

• Plan and promote focused events, webinars, and industry conferences to showcase expertise and generate leads.
• Partner with internal teams to secure technical experts and customer advocates as speakers and contributors.
• Track event ROI and ensure follow-up activities are aligned with sales objectives.

Customer & Industry Engagement:

• Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and key publications to enhance Claytex s reputation and reach.
• Work on customer retention and growth campaigns, highlighting the value of Claytex s services and solutions.

Performance & Reporting:

• Track and report on marketing metrics, such as lead generation and campaign performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and align with business goals.

Who do we think would suit this role?

Experience, skills and knowledge we are looking for in our Senior Marketing Executive:

• Degree or equivalent
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid marketing experience with a focus on technical or software industries
• The ability to create compelling, audience-specific content and manage campaigns end-to-end.
• The ability to take ownership of a problem or challenge to drive the design of a suitable solution
• Organised with an attention to detail.
