Early Years/Primary Teacher

Contract Term/Hours: Full-Time only role, Monday to Friday (8:30 - 17:00)

To start: January 2026 or February Half-Term 2026.

Annual Salary: £35,100 to £40,400, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for an energetic, caring and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our multi-disciplinary team at Blossom House School.

The role involves teaching and delivering the Early Years curriculum within a maximum class size of 8 pupils, working alongside an experienced team of Teaching Assistants, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Arts Therapists.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Confidence, enthusiasm and a passion for learning. A relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience of delivering EYSFS curriculum.
• Excellent English skills (clear written and spoken English) along with good reading, writing and numeracy skills.
• The ability to build good working relationships with children, teachers, parents and carers.
• Experience of working with children with Special Education Needs (SEN), particularly children on the Autism Spectrum. The ability to manage challenging behaviour.
• The ability to role model positive behaviour. At least two years teaching experience.
