Get Staff is a boutique Recruitment Consultancy who currently have over 45 years of hands on recruitment experience. We are now looking for a GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to join our already successful team.

We operate from modern offices in the Portsmouth area & offer a mature environment for a graduate consultant to commence their career in this exciting & rewarding industry. This would be a full 360 recruitment role & would suit a talented, hardworking, target driven graduate who is resilient and tenacious with a passion for new challenges.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Understanding your market to become an expert in that area.

- Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs whilst matching them to a suitable role.

- Arranging interviews & managing the candidates through the entire process.

- Managing your clients recruitment needs from inception to completion.

- Updating your database with your activities.
