This iconic Italian luxury fashion house is celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship and bold creativity. You will be an expert in luxury clothing, working with bespoke and made-to-order products.

As a Client Advisor for this luxury house, you will be a key part of the team in London's most renowned department store. You will provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience for every client. Your role will focus on building strong, lasting relationships, driving sales performance, and upholding the highest standards of service.

The Role:

• Obtaining expert brand knowledge, making tailored recommendations to each client.
• Engaging in upselling and cross-selling across all product categories.
• Working towards achieving personal sales targets and KPIs.
• Strengthening client relationships and nurturing a loyal customer base using CRM tools.
• Conducting 1:1 client appointments
• Providing valuable customer feedback on products.

About you:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail fashion
• Excellent selling and communication skills
• Strong relationship skills
• Highly professional and confident
• Strong organisation skills
• Proficiency in retail management systems and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task

The Package:

• Up to £30,000 - £38,000 + Commission
