Your new role
Supporting the CEO/Founder, you will be at the forefront of business direction, change and growth. Leading a strong finance function of 8, the structure allows an inimitable ability to not just be in charge of the numbers, but a strategic business partner within the leadership team. As a young business the potential for shaping the role is unparalleled, and would suit someone with the mindset of proactivity and development to become a stand out CFO and business leader. This role will also offer the opportunity to garner experience of what good looks like, with regard to fundraising and investor relations.
What you'll need to succeed

• Chartered Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
  
• Experience with fast-paced, high-growth business environments
  
• Exit experience (Ideally in a VC/PE-backed environment)
  
• Fundraising experience within a growing business is beneficial.
