Pay Rate: 13.15 - 16 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Are you a dedicated and nurturing individual with a passion for early childhood education? We are looking for a qualified Nursery Practitioner with a level 2 or level 3 qualification to join our friendly and supportive team at a vibrant nursery in Greenwich, located just a short walk from Abbey Wood station.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Practitioner:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can thrive.
• Develop strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor and document children's progress, sharing updates with parents and carers.
• Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety protocols are adhered to.

Requirements for this Nursery Practitioner role:

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to working with children.
• An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
