Development Manager

We re excited to offer a great opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join our high-performing Investment, Development, and Planning (IDP) team in London.

About the Role

As a Development Manager, you will play a key role within our Acquisition Hub, which brings together expertise in site acquisition, planning, and technical delivery. Working as part of this dynamic and autonomous team, you ll help identify and appraise development opportunities, supporting the successful conversion of sites into high-quality projects.

Reporting to the Hub Lead, you will contribute to the identification, assessment, and acquisition of development sites, ensuring alignment with key targets and performance metrics. The role is based in our London office in Soho Square, with travel to sites and client meetings as needed.

About You

We re looking for a Development Manager with experience in the construction and development industry, who understands market trends, planning processes, and best practices. You ll need strong knowledge of residential sector planning and construction principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
