Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mobile) to work on servicing & maintenance on high end residential property Inside the M25 for an industry leading client of ours.

You will be provided with a company van and fuel card and will have all parking etc paid.

Plenty of overtime available - As much as you want.

This is a temp to perm role.

You will be working as a mobile engineer performing small installation works, servicing/PPM & breakdowns/fault finding on the below equipment.

• MVHRs, Exctract fans, AHUs, FCUs, HIUs, CIUs
• Hot water cylinders
• Pumps
• Trace heating
• Electrical wiring
• Heat exchangers
• Emergency lighting
• FIre alarm testing
• Sprinkler PPMs
• BMS
• Smart lighting systems

You must hold a CSCS Card and NVQ Mechanical
