Electrical Project Manager

The Client

They are a multi-disciplinary contractor with approximately 100 employees. The business is made up of a FM & Small Works, M&E and a Projects delivery teams.

Projects, fit out and refurbishment make up approximately 50% of company revenue with the remainder generated from FM & Small works and stand-alone Electrical and Mechanical works. They are a people orientated business with core values of providing quality and innovation with a strong sense of unity and acting responsibly to their customers, each other and the environment.

They maintain a collaborative and positive culture that fosters long-term relationships.

Their strategic plan is to grow from the current £25Mpa revenue run rate to £40M+pa within the next 3 years, maintaining their operating margins and delivery excellence.

The Role

My client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial & industrial projects including daily electrical project management on all sites (H&S paperwork, RAMS, material procurement, subcontract procurement & as-built drawings on CAD).

NICEIC QS role, daily labour scheduling of all electrical labour including FM works & small-scale design including all CAD drawings.

Qualifications

• C&G 2360 Pt 1 & Pt 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and Inspection
• C&G BSth Edition
• ECS Gold Card
• Driving license
