Building Services Engineer
Salary up to £45,000 + overtime + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance

A leading FM provider are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer to oversee one of their sites on a flagship contract. You'll be overseeing the landlord services for a 4 floored building in the King's Cross area. We're looking for Engineers with experience in M&E Maintenance with good client facing skills, and a good attitude who can work efficiently on their own.

Within this contract, there is plenty of progression opportunities with a number of high profile sites throughout London and surrounding areas. If you're looking for a role where you can progress your career and be part of an important contract then this could be for you!

Responsibilities:

• General building maintenance such as electrical, mechanical, fabric and plumbing duties
• PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance carried out
• Liaising with clients of the building
• Fault finding
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance such as changing lightbulbs, cleaning filters, AHU and FCU maintenance
