Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes of students across all age groups during short-term teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure that students stay on task and engaged in their learning.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment in line with the school's behavior policy.
• Provide feedback to the school regarding student behavior and progress.
• Support students with their learning and provide assistance where required.
• Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the welfare and safety of students at all times.
• Adapt to different school environments and age groups as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students in a classroom setting.
• Confidence in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a productive learning environment.
• Experience working with young people or in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
• A flexible and professional attitude to working in various schools.
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver lessons effectively.
• A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
