Facilities Manager

About the RoleA leading further education provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations across 4-5 sites in Central and North London. This is a pivotal role ensuring the smooth delivery of both hard and soft facilities' management services in a vibrant educational environment.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Site Managers at each location, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Oversee the delivery of hard services (e.g., building maintenance, compliance) and soft services (e.g., cleaning, security, catering)
• Ensure all sites meet health and safety standards and statutory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency
• Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships effectively
• Act as the main point of contact for FM-related issues across the estate.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in facilities management across multi-site operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent knowledge of FM compliance, health & safety, and service delivery
• Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
