2. About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Building Safety Officer to play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, safety, and best practices across high-rise and high-risk buildings.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Compliance & Building Safety Manager in delivering robust safety and compliance measures.
- Play a key role in ensuring all statutory and regulatory obligations under the Building Safety Act are met.
- Be the lead point of contact for key buildings, managing compliance records, safety documentation, and resident engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams and contractors to oversee safety-critical repairs, maintenance, and risk management.
- Lead resident safety consultations, ensuring concerns are addressed and that residents are actively engaged in building safety processes.
