Principal Responsibilities

- Carry out additional work at customer premises, ensuring top-tier standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain system statuses and highlight any defects.
- Collaborate closely with service administrators to meet service commitments and schedules.
- Plan and execute tasks, including maintenance visits, emergency repairs, and system enhancements.

Technical Expertise
