JOB PURPOSE
As Technical Sales Representative for the London / South East regions you will take ownership for:
- Growing profitable revenue from existing and targeted clients within a defined geographical territory.
- Creating credibility, build strong, lasting client relationships and earn the client's trust.
- Understading the client s specific needs and offering solutions
- Delivering or exceeding yearly budget for your region in a consistent and sustainable way.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Grow client base & product range to agreed targets as set by Line Manager.
- Maximise market share potential.
- Cover all live projects within the allocated territory.
- Increase rental to agreed targets.
- Increase sales revenue to agreed targets.
- Documentation both internal and external completed in a timely manner and correctly.
- Ensure existing clients service expectation levels are fully met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work within a specific geographical territory and be responsible for the all sales activity contained within the allocated territory.
- Timely & reliable completion of the CRM system, to ensure the data in the system reflects the actual state of contracts.
- Devise a pricing structure for the client; manage conflict by effective negotiation and sales strategies.
- Price jobs accordingly and within the guidelines of the discount matrix (service deals must be approved by senior management).
- Directly responsible for all live projects contained within allocated territory.
- Liaise with the Design department.
- Complete quotations and relevant documentation including design briefs on time and of a high quality.
- Analyse and determine the most important accounts in an organisation at any one time and ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service.
- Analyse and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends.
- Responsible for studying and understanding market trends and knowing how they affect their targeted accounts.
- Transform the needs of the client into a realistic project and meet the client's expectations.
- Work within a safety culture, in line with both the business and also legislative guidelines
DIMENSIONS
- To manage the agreed geographical territory based from one of the UK branches. Manage the agreed client portfolio
- To achieve or exceed revenue targets taken from account portfolio.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES/COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of formwork and shoring (or similar).
- Ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation, including networking and providing cross-fertilisation of information across the business unit.
- Ability to demonstrate our Forming & Shoring product range to meet the client's specific requirements
- Ability to self learn and develop Industry and product knowledge
- To represent the Hünnebeck Business in a professional, honest and open manner
