Package: £45,000 - £50,000 plus company car & fuel card

Overview

• Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor within the refurbishment/social housing sector, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business.
• This is a Tier One Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
• Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on Reactive Maintenance projects.

Duties

• Alongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on Reactive Maintenance and Voids work.
• Procurement of supply chain and placing orders
• Assessing and processing supply chain payment
• Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.
• Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.

Requirements

• Social Housing experience
• Ideally Reactive Maintenance Experience
• Degree Qualified
• Main Contractor experience
• Driver s Licence
