Property Manager

We are working with a successful and growing property company based in North London who are looking for a Property Manager to join their friendly and sociable team.

The company offer a fast paced and busy environment with an opportunity to progress as the company grows and diversifies.

We are looking for candidates either at entry level looking to start within a property role or with a proven track record in Property Management. You will be highly organised and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.

What s in it for you:

• Salary: £30-40k
• Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9-6 Fridays 9-5
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of properties
• Engaging with tenants, landlords and contractors, to facilitate the efficient running of property maintenance
• Maintaining positive tenant and contractor relationships
• Ensuring rents are up to date
• Property inspections
• Keeping on top of multiple tasks
• Effective collaboration with the lettings department during any void periods.

What the employer is looking for:

• Previous Property Management experience although training available for the right candidate
• Strong English, communication and people skills
• Good time management and organisation
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated and focused
• Strong IT skills
• Full UK driving license preferable
