Estimator

A bathroom and kitchen renovation company based in London is looking for a person for an estimator position. You will be responsible for carrying out site surveys, calculating the cost of the projects with the use of software or methods provided, and meeting clients to discuss the costs and explain potential costs variations.

Requirements:

The ability to correctly take measurements
Interion design experience
Fluent in English is a must
Good communication skills as you will need to communicate with clients and team members
Use of Microsoft is a must, good computer skills
Self-motivated, self-organised, punctual, creative
Experience in designing software and programs
Understanding of the residential construction process
A valid driver's license
Experience in estimating and pricing
Retail experience is a bonus

Full training will be provided to follow with a probation period. This position is ideal for a person who has design and retail experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
