Service Delivery/Service Support

Service Delivery/Service support person needed by my East London client. Due to a major increase in work load my client is in need of an experienced Service Delivery/Service support person to assist the Head of IT Operations. On the Service Delivery side of things you will need to build and maintain relationships with multiple suppliers and make sure they are keeping to agreed SLA's, on the Service Support side of things you need to have a very analytical and logical mind as you will be called upon to provide a low level of technical assistance on a multitude of systems, some will be IT related other systems will be mechanical.
