O Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for an Assistant Site Manager with experience of working on traditional build residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading residential developer that can keep you busy with a project that is due to continue for a good amount of time.

To be considered you must have experience of working on traditional build residential projects.

The successful Assistant Site Manager candidate must have:

• Experience working for house builders
• A steady work history with evidence of working for at least a year in a freelance role
