As they offer a service like no other, with 60 years of combined experience in the haulage business, they have a thing or two they'd be happy to teach you. You will be provided with full training and support from the other members located in their Feltham office. Road Transport Coordinator - Job responsibilities

• Respond to telephone & email requests and follow up enquiries.
• Inputting new information and orders onto database.
• Obtaining quotes, confirming and communicating orders, raising proforma invoices.
• Monitoring, updating and solving issues with orders.
• Chasing new business and finding new suppliers.
• Ad hoc filing and administration.

Road Transport Coordinator - Job Requirements

• Good work ethic, flexible with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience/ knowledge of the Road Transport industry
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Basic IT skills with the ability to type professional emails
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
• Geographical knowledge of the UK
• Additional IT skills
• Sales skills
• Knowledge of goods vehicle sizes and types

Road Transport Coordinator - Job Remunerations

• Salary 30,000 - 34,000
• Mon - Fri 8:00 - 18:00 (8:00 - 16:00 once in every 4 weeks)
• Discretionary quarterly bonus after 6 months
• Discretionary Xmas bonus of 1 weeks' additional salary
• Onsite free Parking
