Quantity Surveyor

This Construction & Cost Management company deliver Construction & Interior Fit- Out Projects within the Motorsport & Commercial office environment .

They are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has experience of delivering High End Interior Fit Out & Construction Projects within the Commercial Office, Luxury Hotel or similar sectors .

It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate experience of dealing face to face with clients and their associated representatives.

Initially you will be working on 2 major projects in Oxfordshire for two Formula One teams.

The scope of works across both projects will include high-end office fit-out, an extension to an existing office building & the construction of a new office hi-tech block.

The successful candidate will be educated to minimum level of HND in Quantity Surveying (or Construction related qualification) and will be able to demonstrate experience of working as a QS for a PM/Cost Management Consultancy or an Interior Fit-Out Company OR Principal Contractor .

It is also essential that the candidate has experience of working on High-End Commercial Office, Hotels or similar Fit out and Construction projects . ( NOT RESIDENTIAL SCHEMES)

Salary £85k-£95k plus company car / car allowance, pension, medical, 25 DH + Annual Bonus.
