About the role of Technical Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a Design/ Technical Manager to work for one of the UKs most prestigious residential developers and lead a major new build scheme in Southwest London which delivers circa 1000 units split over numerous phases. This role will lead the project and be responsible for managing an internal technical team. This opportunity also offers flexible working between site, office and home.

Requirements for the Senior Technical Manager role

• Experience working in a Design/ Technical Management role with a main contractor or developer or an experienced Architect.
• Experience working on large residential projects
• Experience with RC frame projects
• Experience managing a team
