You will be:

Overseeing the commercial management of a 100m portfolio of design packages on HS2.
Managing the procurement and performance of design subcontracts
Lead on all aspects of NEC3 contract Management (Options F, C and A)
Ensure compliance with contract terms and mitigate any potential risks to project delivery.

We're looking for a Commercial Manager that has a proven track record within a large-scale construction environment, in rail, infrastructure or civil engineering projects. You will have strong experience procuring and managing design subcontract with a commercial mindset.
