Position: SEN Teacher
Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Salary: £180 - £230/day
Contract: Temp to Perm and Permanent

Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher in Hertfordshire looking to make a lasting impact? We are actively seeking SEN Teachers to join our books and work in our fantastic partner schools across Hertfordshire. This is your chance to shape the futures of young learners aged 4-19 with Autism, PDA, OCD, ADHD, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities as an SEN Teacher:

• Plan bespoke education for learners with Autism & Complex Needs.
• Work closely with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and support staff, to coordinate services and provide an inclusive approach to learner education.
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the educational and emotional needs of the learners.
• Work in partnership with, peers, parents and carers.
• Use the whole school facilities to ensure learners have access to the best possible education.
• Feel passionate about preparing young learners with SEND in independence.

SEN Teacher Skills & Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS ECTs are welcome to apply!
• Experience working with SEN learners and managing EHCPs.
• Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and classroom adaptations.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students with diverse needs.
• A creative, adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery.
• Must be able to commute to Hertfordshire.
