Site Manager - Residential

My client is looking for a Site Manager to join their residential project in Gravesend, reporting into the Project Manager. The project consists of three RC frame blocks totally over 100 units. An ideal candidate must have experience working on similar projects.

To be considered you must have experience of working on high-end residential jobs.

The successful Site Manager candidate must have:

• Strong Experience working as a Site Manager with a steady work history
• Experience working on bespoke residential projects
• RC Frame experience is preferable
• The necessary site tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc)
