The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Supply Chain Director to take full strategic ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations for a global manufacturer and distributor.

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the board, the Group Supply Chain Director will lead production, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

Key focus areas:

• Overseeing UK production, quality control, and manufacturing planning
• Managing procurement in the UK and Germany, including supplier contracts and audits
• Controlling stock levels, forecasts, and distribution
• Managing 3PL logistics providers and international suppliers
• Leading a team of six, with full recruitment and retention responsibility
